My son who is 10 was nervous for week to have a cavity filled, but the dentist was reassuring, encouraged him, and filled the cavity with minimal discomfort! He left relieved and in good spirits.

Called to make appointment for checkup and cleaning. Got appointment for same day. Everything went well, X-rays, cleaning, and checkup. Both doctor and hygienist were professional and courteous. Yes, a pleasant trip to the dentist.

Reception was friendly and efficient. I really like Lindsay, the hygienist. She is excellent at her job! Overall, I find dentistry to be one of the best.

They worked me in promptly because of a loose filling . I am so very happy with the care I receive and the friendliness of the staff . I have had bad experiences in the past at other dental offices but nothing but good to say about Steinbicker . Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

Surprisingly impressed that i saw a dentist within 5 minutes of filling out paperwork. My tooth needed extraction and the said they could do it right away. The procedure went better than I expected. Everyone was helpful, polite and extremely concerned with my comfort. Everyone knows going to a dentist is hardly considered "fun" but Steinbicker's Dentistry is as close as one could be.

Dr Anderson and Ashley were awesome! Had to have work done on a jaw tooth that was at an angle in my jaw with part of my inside check laying on it and they were so gentle and concerned for my comfort. They were having to work hard to get in my mouth to do the work in a very unusual situation of this tooth but they never complained how aggravating it was, they were only apologizing if they were making me uncomfortable. Everyone was super kind and I highly recommend Steinbicker Dentistry!

What a great dental office I have found in Mebane. Had an emergency situation that needed attention and thank goodness Steinbicker dental is open on Fridays as most dental offices are not. I come from a family of dentists so dental care and treatment of patients are important. The receptionist Yanet was so sweet and personable and happy to assist me. The dental assistant Ashley was superb as was the dentist that took care of my issue. Kind caring supportive and very informative are just a few words to describe this office staff including the staff member on checkout. To have to randomly pick a dentist after being cared for by your family member for years this was as if I was still seeing my former dentist! Even the office manager stopped in to check on me! What a fabulous office!

I am so impressed with how efficiently this office is run. Friendly and well trained from first phone conversation. Smiles when entering. On time. Nancy (hygienist) was gentle on my teeth and meticulous with her cleaning, experienced, and friendly. Rescheduled while still in the room with Nancy. Loved the dentist, years of experience, complimentary of my at-home care, and friendly. Checking out was a breeze. What a perfect experience!

I have been a patient for several years and I can absolutely say this is the best overall dental experience I have had. The level of quality, service, top notch hygienists and dentists, professional, reasonable approaches and reasonable charges all make this a great business and great dentists.
